Seretse resurfaces as UB Chancellor

The former National Coordinator of the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) 2019 election campaign, Ambassador Tebelelo Mazile Seretse has been appointed as the Chancellor of the University of Botswana ((UB).

PRESS STATEMENT: The Minister of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology (MoTE), Dr. Douglas Letsholathebe, announces the appointment of Ambassador Tebelelo Mazile Seretse as the Chancellor of the University of Botswana.

The appointment was made by President Mokgweetsi Masisi and is effective from 1st of September 2021 until 31st August 2026.
