Sebele relatives in court for threatening magistrate

MOLEPOLOLE: The Molepolole Magistrate has remanded two Bakwena royal family members in custody on charges of threatening to kill a judicial officer.

Specially Nominated councillor Kabo Sebele and Kgosimotse Sebele have been remanded in custody pending their bail application by Molepolole principal magistrate Nehemiah Moguni today.

 Yesterday, the duo together with Motlhabatsatsi Nkonyane appeared before Magistrate Moguni charged with a single count of threatening the life of Dumisane Terrence Basupi, the magistrate who gave a four-year jail sentence to Kgosikwena Sebele after finding him guilty of stock theft.
