Public interest key to disputed P662m tender- Justice Lesetedi

A Court of Appeal (CoA) judge has said that in public procurement cases, what matters most is the public interest, not who wins or loses. Justice Isaac Lesetedi made the remarks on Wednesday while hearing a case involving the disputed P662 million education e-learning tender, which has drawn national attention over how it was awarded.
