Plane crashes at Maun airport

It seems that the instructing pilot, a young South African, attempted to simulate engine failure after take off, but ended up demonstrating a proper crash to his student.
The crew were lucky to escape with minor injuries. Sources in Maun are suggesting that the Civil Aviation Authority is investigating a lack of regard for safety procedures and gross negligence as the root cause of the crash.
