No plans to expand Molepolole

Acting Minister of Lands and Agriculture, Dr Edwin Dikoloti, has told Parliament last week that he has no intention to repossess unused or underutilised land for any village expansion plan in Molepolole.

Currently, Molepolole has a waiting list of 30,000 people, and the last residential allocation was in 2006.

When responding to a question from a Member of Parliament for Molepolole North constituency, Dikoloti said, "The land around Molepolole Prisons is a civic and community allocated to Botswana Prison Services."
