I don't have a lawyer yet -Seretse

Local Businessman, Bakang Seretse appeared before the Regional Magistrate's Court last week in the fresh matter relating to alleged corruption and misuse of public funds.

The matter is in relation to the 2017 National Petroleum Fund (NPF) saga. In along side co accused -Sharifa Noor and Alphonse Ndzinge- after their charge sheet was read out to them , Seretse informed the court he needed more time to engage legal representation.

Addressing the court when asked by Regional Magistrate, Mareledi Dipate if he has any legal representation, Seretse said at the moment he is riding solo. “I am appearing alone today without any legal representation at the moment," Seretse said.
