Moyo worried by disgruntled workers

A Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) member, Samson Guma Moyo, is concerned about demotivated civil servants.

He told the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the President Sarah George that there appear to be demotivated civil servants, including Permanent Secretaries working in government.

Moyo said civil servants are always moved from one level to another, with some working on one to two year contracts."There is no continuity and stability; this is something that we are not used to. You are shifting them around. They complain in the corridors," said Moyo.
