The Kweneng Land Board has been ousted from the land eviction case involving its chairperson, Kgang Kgang. Gaborone High Court Judge Michael Motlhabi rejected the Land Board's bid on Friday to be part of the case where its chairperson faces a potential eviction from Boitumelo Setlhabi and four others claiming ownership of a ploughing field in Mmokolodi.
