'Butterfly' wants Magosi's decision reviewed

Suspended Directorate of Intelligent Services (DIS) agent Welheminah Mphoeng Maswabi known as 'Butterfly' in the spy circles wants a review of her suspension reviewed.

Maswabi, 46, charged with financing terrorism by moving money around, is also linked to former spy chief, Isaac Kgosi. She says the decision of the DIS should be reviewed as it had encroached on her rights as contained in her contracts.

In a notice of motion filed this week, Maswabi said she wants the review in particular her fixed overtime allowance that has been stopped and her freedom of movement curtailed as she is requested to seek permission from the Director of DIS before travelling.
