Anal Sex Horror: Teenage Boy Charged With Offence

FRANCISTOWN: A teenage boy charged with indecently assaulting his teen neighbour on March 1, 2013 at Block 4 has vehemently denied the charges when he recently appeared before court.

The accused, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was 15 years-old when he allegedly committed the offence while his victim was nine years-old and was doing his primary education at a local school.

The complainant told prosecutor Gasemotho Pitlagano in his examination-in-chief that on the day the accused allegedly sexually molested him, he was at home with his three friends.
