After representing Botswana and winning big at Little Miss Princess of the World in Russia last year, 12-year-old Lekana Baipoledi is aiming to hoist the country flag again at Miss World once eligible.

The girl who is doing Standard 7 at a Mahalapye primary school was recently crowned Little Miss Mahalapye where she outclassed her peers.

“I am very passionate when it comes to pageants and modelling, I have always wanted to show the world my goals and dreams through pageantry and modelling. My main aim is to represent Botswana at Miss World in the future because I am certain that I would have gained all the experience that is required,” the confident Baipoledi told Showbiz.
