As the Botswana film industry begins to take shape, a locally produced film ‘Roses In December’ premiered this past Friday to a full house at the Riverwalk New Capitol Cinema.

‘Roses in December’, a 60-minute drama comedy, revolves around the Mogami family secrets that had been lying dormant for years but were revealed when the family was brought together by their father’s sudden massive stroke.

His wife, Beauty, takes it upon herself to call their estranged step-children, Bantle, Kagiso and Tebogo because she fears her husband might die. The siblings are reluctant to go back home because they too have their own life problems.
