Botswana's fuel industry is undergoing one of its biggest structural shifts in decades. New import regulations, increasing digitalisation, evolving consumer expectations and the global transition in energy markets are forcing petroleum companies to rethink how they compete beyond simply selling fuel.

For Puma Energy Botswana, the response has been to double down on infrastructure investment, embrace technology and reposition as an integrated energy logistics business rather than merely a filling station operator.
