In an interview, one of the three group members, Bakang Mphele said the single was inspired by Eseng Mo Ngwaneng campaign led by the First Lady Neo Masisi. He said they released the song after realising that child abuse, more especially of a sexual nature amongst children was prevalent in the society.

“Child abuse is one of the cases affecting our nation. It is one of the factors that raise concern in our communities. If you listen to our song, we aggressively say no to child abuse. We urge men in our communities to let girl children grow into responsible adults and not ruin their lives by cheating them into having intimate relationships with them,” he said.
