Exactly 15 minutes to 2017, US rapper Rick Ross’ raspy deep voice bellowed from the loud speakers at the Duma FM Grounds commanding, “Load up the choppers like it’s December thirty first!” - a famous lyric by Ross from a song with Lil Wayne titled John meaning ‘load up the guns’.
