Kulenyane, Anafiki collaboration releases ‘Bogolo Jwa Modimo’

Culture Spears lead singer Kabelo Mogwe, who goes by stage name Kulenyane has collaborated with Anafiki in a newly released single dubbed ‘Bogolo jwa Modimo’. The latest offering comes just a few months after Kulenyane dropped a banger album titled Lejebha.

The song, Bogolo jwa Modimo, which is basically a praise song reflecting on the omnipotence of God, as ‘our messiah and savior’ leans more towards the gospel genre. In an interview with Arts & Culture, Kulenyane said the song is meant to reflect on the power of God for his continued protection even during difficult times. “Its just a testimony that God has unlimited power and he continues to do miracles in our lives. We are saved in His name, hence Bogolo jwa Modimo.

It’s basically a praise song,” said Kulenyane. Kulenyane added that the song has also been included in Anafiki’s gospel album. Anafiki is no stranger to music, as she has two albums under her name. Music lovers are aware of her popular Mpolelela Re Babedi hit, which has been on the airwaves for a long time and catapulted her to fame. Commenting on working with Anafiki, Kulenyane described her as a talented individual with a very unique voice.
