Hip-hop fans are bracing themselves for what they say will be the mother of all Hip Hop events in Gaborone. One of the show organisers, Fauz El-Kindy, says the show, to be held on August 2, will be one of the biggest of its kind ever hosted in town. Titled ‘I Love Hip Hop’, the event will be graced by South African artists who are currently topping the charts.

These include; Khuli Chana, who was recently in Botswana for the Miller Sound Clash, and Cassper Nyovest of Doc Shebeleza fame who also performed in Gaborone recently.

There will also be former Teargas member Ntokozo KO Mdluli, whose song Cara Cara featuring Kid X is currently enjoying massive airplay locally and in his home country. Local artists billed to perform at the show include ATI, Sasa Klass, and Noello.
