herbal Life in conjunction with Master Gym on Saturday held a fitness walk under the theme 'Get Fit for your Valentine'. The walk that was fairly attended started at 6am and ended at 10am.

Not even the rain could stop the fitness enthusiastic men and women of different shapes and ages who had come together with the intention to shed a few kilos. The first task of the day was warm up with a few excises that many enjoyed doing before hitting the road for a 10km walk that started at Airport Junction to BBS mall and back.

One of the walk organisers, Collins Omondi told ShowTime that they decided to partner with Herbal Life distributors in Botswana so that they sensitise people on the dangers of not excising and promote fitness.
