Special constable up for house breaking, theft

LEBOGANG MOSIKARE
FRANCISTOWN: A Kutlwano Police Station special constable appeared in court on Monday to face charges of breaking and stealing from a dwelling house.

In the first count, the state alleges that Neo Pearl David, 30, broke into a house on December 23 last year in Block 3, Francistown.

In the second count, the state alleges that after she broke into the house David then proceeded to steal a television set.

Prosecutor Neo Moruti told the court that investigations into the matter are complete.  Baruti also told the court that she did not have a problem with the court altering David’s bail conditions because she has been religiously abiding by the rules.

Magistrate Kaveri Kapeko postponed the matter to January
