Engen Botswana wins Diamond Service League Award

Engen Botswana has been awarded the Diamond Service League Award. The award is given to a company that in the previous year consistently stayed on top of the league table.

It is administered by Service Bridges, a consulting company in customer, service management and research. The award ceremony was presided over by the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Duke Lefhoko. 

In addition to service stations and FMCG, other competing categories were banking, hotels, tele-communications and government departments. The award, sponsored by Debswana Diamond Company, acknowledges companies that have demonstrated outstanding customer service, consistency and personal attention in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
