Three die in road accident

Gaborone West police are investigating the cause of an accident in which three people were killed along the A12 road near Gaborone Institute of Professional Studies (GIPS) early Sunday morning.

Acting officer commanding for No.13 and district administration officer, Paul Oketsang told Mmegi that two cars collided by the traffic lights near GIPS and three people died on the spot.

“The accident took place early morning between 02:30 and 02:45 when the two cars collided by the traffic lights in which one car from the eastern side along A12 road and one from northern side of Pula Spar Mall,” Oketsang said.
