BPOPF insources pensions administration

The Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (BPOPF) has completed the process to insource the administration of pensions for their 153,000 members.

This follows the fund’s decision to take back all the management of records and benefits payments of their members from Alexander Forbes Financial Services.

The ‘go live’ campaign will see the fund becoming a ‘one stop shop’ for all member queries, fund administration services and member payments.
