Mr Chairman,  I am informed that The Old Apostolic Church was established in Africa in the 1880's by an Evangelist from Australia called Carl George Klibbe. The First Congregation was established in Southernwood, East London (South Africa) in 1892. Evangelist Klibbe was later ordained as an Apostle for Africa on 08.07.1893. The Church has since spread throughout South Africa.
