One of the traits that would define his short life manifested itself in his early days at Mmegi. Booster found it easy to make friends and during the course of his life, he embedded himself in the people of this country - young and old, rich and poor, the connected and the not-so-connected. He glided in and out.

He came to Mmegi during the time of great transformation for the newspaper. On the human resources side, Mmegi had it all: Mike Mothibi, Mesh Moeti, Bashi Letsididi and Sechele Sechele. Thus a photographer's life was that of challenge and adventure as he accompanied reporters on assignments.
