A date with the Kung Fu Master

Jackie Chan, born Kong-sang Chan, is no stranger to everyone here and back home in Botswana. During the era of videocassettes, many grew up watching his action films. Even to date the new generation is still enjoying his ‘kung fu’ moves, especially with the recent remake of the famous Karate Kid film in which Chan co-starred with Will Smith’s son Jaden.

Chan is a Chinese household name and for any citizens here, coming face-to-face with him is a dream come true.
