It’s that time of year again – January, the non-month, when the newspapers having had their long lay off over Xmas and the New Year are still pushed to find anything of interest to report other than the varied traumas of the political parties.
But as the conference concludes, Batswana must ask: Will this be another talk shop, or will it spark real change?
