Maintain your cool, speak out Letshwiti!

This week, the local media carried a series of stories on alleged financial mismanagement at the Botswana Football Association (BFA). The media blitz comes after the BFA recently suspended its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Goabaone Taylor over alleged missing funds.

As it is normally the case, the media has been asking probing questions in search of answers from the association. But, BFA president, Letshwiti reportedly lost his cool when quizzed about burning issues at the controversy-ridden soccer body by Mmegi Sport this week.

He is quoted elsewhere in this newspaper having told a reporter off that he does not deal with clerical issues. He also presented himself as a high-level businessperson. It’s also worrying that Letshwiti allegedly further told the reporter to go where he can get those answers.
