Chobe Real Estate (CRS), a locally owned property firm, is pumping P200 million into the revamp of the Bordergate Mall which will expand the complex with more shops and services, offering residents of Tlokweng more convenience.

Originally opened 17 years ago by the late Dr Harry Tlale, Bordergate Mall’s expansion will see the development of more shops and specialised kiosks.

Gape Tlale, daughter to the mall’s original developer, said plans for the revamp date back to 2012 when her father was still alive.
