Alexander Forbes says it intends to review its processes in a bid to reduce claims turnaround times for their clients from the current time frame of weeks to one day. Speaking at their year-end breakfast meeting held in Gaborone yesterday managing director, Paul Masie said they have lined up strategies to deliver the best service to their clients including embracing technology in order to be efficient.

“We have already had a trial run for the processing of the retirement claims the past month and I am happy to tell you that it was successful as we managed to transfer some of our clients’ claims within 24 hours,” he said.

“However, the process requires us to work the whole day; so it means that we will have to review our working hours”.
