Ministry overrules My Star producer?

Sources have told Showtime the Ministry has overruled My Star producer, Master D's choice of university for the three singers from his TV programme that government will be sponsoring in South Africa starting next month.

Sources say while My Star producer had pressed for a certain college, where Kgalalelo Abotseng the 2010 winner will be studying, the Ministry overruled My Star producer after its independent investigations about the college revealed that it was unsuitable.

Now the Ministry will be sending Tebogo Tlhagadikgora, Kitso Selato and Naledi Thabakgolo to Varsity University, which is also in Capetown, while Kgalalelo will be heading for the college that the Ministry does not recognise.
