Halala Tamabrown will send you roaring with laughter

You will roll on the floor with laughter with the new hilarious Kalanga comedy. Halala Tamabrown is a hilarious Ikalanga comedy filled with laughter all the way written and directed by Pelontle Mpatane. It features two best friends Tamabrown (Batumi Ngube) and Tamajasana (Mpatane).

They are village bums who openly admit to have failed to make it in town and are happy to be in the village. They confess that they have no problems in the village and life is easier than in town as they can hunt.

Tamabrown is the 'cleverer' one who claims to know everything while Tamajasana is 'not so bright' and is always misled by the 'clever' Tamabrown. The DVD kicks-off with the two old men smoking marijuana in the bush as they chat about their lives, with Tamabrown claiming that he is preparing himself to kill a lion. A policeman who threatens to take them to the Kgotla to be flogged for smoking marijuana startles them. After pleading, with Tamajasana claiming that they picked the marijuana in the bush and didn't know what it was, the policeman lets them go. When the two vanish into the thicket, the policeman smokes the marijuana himself thanking the duo for being there when he really needed the puff. The duo later meet a lion, and instead of Tamabrown killing it, the meeting of the two men and the lion ends in a hilarious way.
