Last year the Eke Ntolo 2, with tracks such as Chika became the festive season's most celebrated album. The success of the Eke Ntolo project caused some observers to speculate that Culture Spears might now have dumped cultural music, their signature music. However, in the same statement where they announce the release of Eke Ntolo 3, Culture Spears indicate that a new cultural music release will follow next year. They say they hope the market for cultural music would be ripe by the first quarter of next year. The latest Eke Ntolo album features Magdalene, as Charma Gal and the hit-maker has contributed three songs, including the title track,Matebele, which hit Radio Botswana (RB) airwaves this Tuesday.
