Director appears for uttering false CEDA document

FRANCISTOWN: A Director at Dikgomo Supermarket in Masunga, Donald Dikgole, 28, appeared before Principal Magistrate Dumisani Basupi for allegedly uttering a false Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) document.

The state alleges that on October 18, 2012, Dikgole uttered a document to Mogale Legal Practice knowingly and forged a letterhead bearing the CEDA logo and signatures of Karabo Keakopa and Ditiro Mangadi. 

The letter was sent to Mosele Legal Practice purporting the same to be a genuine document issued by the CEDA office in Francistown, which presentation he knew to be false.
