WASBO launches GBV policy

Women and Sport Botswana (WASBO) launched the Sexual Harassment and Gender-Based Violence policy for sports at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Saturday in Gaborone.

WASBO is an entity that was formed back in 1997 with a mandate to help increase women and girls' participation in sports and recreational activities.

Sexual harassment and GBV has been a concern all over the world hence WASBO saw the need to come up with the sexual harassment and GBV policy.
