Botswana Volleyball Federation’s (BVF) Beach volleyball teams faced a tough time at the CAVB Zone VI beach volleyball first leg that was played in Namibia over the weekend.

The games, which started on February 20 to 22, formed part of the points that the team should accumulate in order to qualify for the Africa Games and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. The team was made up of a pair of George Chiswaniso and Jack Sekao, and the second pair was Travor Manduwa and Baleofi Mosiiwa.

The pair of Manduwa and Mosiiwa played their quarterfinal match on Sunday against an Angolan team but narrowly lost 2–1 in a thrilling encounter.
