Premier League side, Masitaoka have appointed Zimbabwean coach, Mandla 'Lulu' Mpofu as the team’s head coach.

The Molepolole-based side had not announced the appointment at press time, but media reports in Zimbabwe indicated Mpofu had agreed on a one-year deal. Mpofu was yesterday pictured at the Plumtree-Ramokgwebana entry point on his way to Botswana.

“Former Highlanders coach, Mandla ‘Lulu’ Mpofu processing his travel documents at the Zimbabwe-Botswana border post on his way to Gaborone for his next job where he is set to join Premier League side Masitaoka as technical manager on a one-year deal,” state-run Chronicle reported yesterday. Mpofu was sacked by Zimbabwe giants, Highlanders in May following a poor run of form.
