Sithole lifts inaugural body-building title

Initial non-contestant, Lust Sithole (lightweight), won the top prize in the first Designer Physique Mr Ironman and Miss Ironwoman body-building competition in Gaborone on Sunday after a close contest with impressive heavyweight, Champion Chienderanamo.

The two were called several times to the stage, as judges could not decide the overall winner. Eventually, USN-sponsored Sithole emerged victorious in addition to winning the senior category lightweight award at the well-attended event organised by his company, Designer Physique.

There were only two entrants in the female category but Tonic Ntshupeng did not compete leaving the stage for Olga de Moon. The event started with an exciting showdown in the junior category. The youngsters engaged in quarter turns while flexing their muscles simultaneously in the double biceps, front leg spread and the side chest with calf stances. Crowd favourite, Simba Ferro emerged the winner after a close contest with Paul Goredema followed by Tobokani Moletamotse.
