Sedibelo Soccer Expo returns

The tournament, which forms part of the annual Sedibelo Heritage activities, brings together the district's former soccer greats giving soccer followers a synopsis of how the game has developed in Kgatleng over the years.
The games kick off at 8:00 am with eight select teams from across the region. The final game will be between Mochudi rivals Mochudi Centre Chiefs and Mochudi Buffaloes. However, unlike the other eight teams, the final will feature the two teams' current crop of players. Fans will be reminded of the old good days when sublime skills defined a good player, instead of their tactical awareness. Former Mochudi Rovers and one time national team striker Kwapeng Modikwe will lead a team of former stars like Reuben Tshwenene and Disono Molefhe, the former Mogoditshane Fighters defender.
