BDF XI’s exciting attacker, Kabelo Seakanyeng was named the Player of the Tournament at the Mascom Top 8 awards ceremony On Thursday night. The event took place at Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC).

Seakanyeng went home P40, 000 richer, beating his teammate, Otlantshekela Mooketsi and Township Rollers’ striker, Jerome Louis to the prize.

He has been an influential figure for Matebele throughout the tournament and even won the Man of the Match award during the final of the competition.
