Satmos fails to honour fixture again

FRANCISTOWN: Troubled Debswana First Division North outfit, FC Satmos failed to honour a second league fixture in the opening five games.

The Cheetahs were scheduled to play Chobe United at the Prisons Ground in Kasane on Saturday, but the Selebi-Phikwe outfit did not show up. Satmos failed to honour their opening game against Maun Tigers in Maun last month.

Disgruntled players had refused to use a combi hired by the management and immediately called for the return of former director, Mooketsi ‘China’ Mading. The impasse was dealt with and the team managed to honour the next three fixtures until last weekend.
