Rollers defend steep prices for Chiefs clash

Local football fans will have to dig deep in to their pockets to watch the Township Rollers and Kaizer Chiefs friendly match at the new Jamali Stadium next week Saturday.

The high profile encounter will cost fans a minimum of P75 while a seat in the grand stand goes for P100 and an extra P10 for car parking. However, the club has defended the relatively high ticket prices.

Speaking to Mmegi Sport on Wednesday, the club's public relations officer, Bafana Pheto said the day's package is worth the price. He said there would be a curtain raiser between Extension Gunners and Notwane before the main match while entertainment will be provided.
