South African-based Pontsho Moloi and Noah Maposa could return to bolster Mochudi Centre Chiefs' title challenge when their loan spell at Bay United expires at the end of the month.

The pair joined the former Premiership side last August on a one-season loan. The curtain comes down on South Africa's National First Division on February 28 and that means the two will be free to come back to Chiefs or join another club. Chiefs' spokesperson, Clifford Mogomotsi has said that the two are likely to return to Chiefs when their loan spell ends.

"It was a one season loan deal that they signed and as soon as their spell finishes, I don't see the reason why they should stay in South Africa. They will have to come back and possibly play for us until the end of the season. We will then sit down with Bay United at the end of the season and discuss their future," Mogomotsi told Mmegi Sport.
