Maposa 'begs' to return to Chiefs?

Newly signed Gaborone United (GU) goalkeeper Noah Maposa reportedly called Mochudi Centre Chiefs' chairman Ernest Molome recently requesting to rejoin the Kgatleng giants.

The national team goalkeeper is said to have told Molome that GU had not honoured some of the promises they made when he signed a two-year deal before the start of the season.

"He called the chairman just over a week ago and the chairman put him on loudspeaker in the presence of players and members of the technical team. Maposa said he knew he made a mistake (by leaving) but his heart was still with Chiefs," a source said.
