Gilport Lions and Black Peril played to an entertaining 2-2 draw in a Debswana First Division South League game at the Lekidi Astroturf grounds on Saturday afternoon.

Played under scorching temperatures, the two sides met in a top of the table clash.

The log leaders took the lead as early as the second minute, when Botlhe Rakaki’s free kick was parried in to play by the goalkeeper. The ball fell at the feet of Lucas Rethametswe who tapped in from close range. Peril levelled in the 16th minute with a Raymond Israel header from Emmanuel Ditodi’s cross.
