The proposal to Zurich, Switzerland was presented last week, ahead of the September 22 deadline. BFA chief executive officer, Keith Masters said a letter was sent to the world soccer governing body last week and they expect a swift response.
It was unclear if FIFA met yesterday over the matter. “A proposal was sent last week and we do not expect the response to take long,” Masters said.
