DC absolves Sankoyo

Sankoyo Bush Bucks can breathe a sigh of relief following the Botswana Premier League (BPL) Disciplinary Committee’s (DC) decision to throw out FC Satmos’ protest against the Maun side over the use of Morris Ruzivo.

Satmos had protested that Sankoyo did not follow due processes when they registered their top marksman, Ruzivo.

They argued that since he was not properly registered, he should then be declared a defaulter. The DC, in its sitting on Tuesday, however, ruled Satmos had failed to demonstrate that indeed Ruzivo was a defaulter.
