The settlement was turned into a court order binding the two groups to form a transitional committee.

The committee consists of nine members, with each of the two warring groups represented by three members while the rest of the members were agreed upon by the two groups consisting of the clubs’ elders. The committee is led by chairperson, Chris Molomo and his vice, Paulen Makgate, Reuben Lekorwe (secretary), Lebogang Seboni (vice secretary) and Reginald Madisa (treasurer). Ramocha Tsieng, Raymond Tsheko, Kitso Maswena and Aaron Ramosako have been included as the additional members.
