BRU names candidates

The Botswana Rugby Union (BRU) has released the names of candidates who will contest for executive committee positions during its annual general meeting in Mahalapye tomorrow.

BRU secretary Kadimo Modisa told Mmegi Sport that clubs were given the opportunity to come up with the names of people they want in the executive committee.

He said there were some people who had been nominated for more than one position as a result of some of the clubs’ failure to coordinate. He stated that clubs should have communicated over the nominations.
