Botswana Karate Association held their AGM on Saturday

Botswana Karate Association (BOKA) audit report for the 2015 financial year was not adopted during the weekend’s annual general meeting (AGM) as the auditor, pointed that some critical documents were not attached.

Affiliates agreed to defer the report until outstanding issues are rectified.

The audit report was classified as qualified as some documents, which were supposed to be attached were missing.
