Botswana Cricket Association (BCA) has arranged training camps for junior national teams for upcoming international assignments starting this month.

The teams in camp at the BCA Oval are the boys’ Under-13 and 19 teams as well as the girls’ Under-19. Men’s national team coach, Joseph Angara is monitoring the teams in camp and is assisted by BCA development coaches.

The girls’ team is preparing for the eight nations tournament which Botswana hosts this month. The tournament features Namibia, Swaziland, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, South Africa Invitational XI, Lesotho and the hosts Botswana. Lesotho was added recently into the tournament after Zimbabwe Invitational XI pulled out.
